Hi I’m Claire Evans
As a motivated Yoga instructor with a background in healthcare, I offer a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that can benefit my clients both physically and mentally. I have a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, which I incorporate into my teachings to promote long-term health and wellness. My experience as a Registered Nurse has given me a unique perspective on the human body and its functions, allowing me to tailor my instruction to the individual needs of my clients. Through a variety of asanas, I encourage my clients to move and stretch their muscles, promoting flexibility and strength. I utilize this healthcare education to enhance my yoga teaching with each client to show the importance of proper alignment and breathing techniques. This allows each client to improve the mind-body connection and promote wellness. My ultimate goal is to inspire my clients to embrace a healthier and more balanced lifestyle, helping them to reach their full potential.
