In addition to traditional yoga classes, I also specialize in teaching Yoga for Healthy Aging & Water Yoga. My water yoga classes are designed to be both fun and challenging. I incorporate a variety of poses and movements that are specifically adapted for the water environment, such as floating twists, underwater stretches, and buoyancy-supported balances. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can enjoy the benefits of yoga while also enjoying the soothing and refreshing properties of water.
